Refund and Cancellation Policy
If Ledsi.com makes a payment error, you will be entitled to a full refund for the affected order(s). The same applies if you accidentally place a duplicate order or make a double payment for a single order.
Ledsi.com will issue a full refund if we inform you that we could not find a suitable writer for your task.
In certain circumstances, partial refunds will be issued as follows:
- 40% refund if you request a refund after the order has been assigned to a writer and more than half of the deadline has passed.
- 70% refund if you request a refund after the order has been assigned to a writer and less than half of the deadline has passed.
- 90% refund if you cancel your order immediately after placing it and before it has been assigned to a writer.
You must inform Ledsi.com within five (5) days if you do not receive your order by the agreed deadline. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of any refund claims.
Revision Policy
Ledsi.com offers unlimited free revisions to ensure your satisfaction at every stage. However, please note that revisions may take time, depending on their complexity. The first revision will be delivered within 24 hours, with subsequent revisions taking a similar amount of time. More complex revisions may require up to 72 hours.
You must provide clear and specific guidelines when placing your order. If your revision requests do not align with the initial guidelines, Ledsi.com is not obligated to fulfill the revision. We may either nullify the revision request or advise you to place a new order with the revised guidelines.
Please be aware that urgent revision requests will incur an additional charge.
